Modernizing Pacific Utility Benchmarking
The PPA has been performing benchmarking studies for its member electric utilities every year since 2000, with the only exception being the period 2004 to 2009. Until now, reports were prepared manually using Excel spreadsheets submitted through email.
This newly developed platform enables utilities to submit data electronically and conduct benchmarking analysis online, while the PPA Secretariat can prepare reports more efficiently.
